"Welcome to the ZK website.  Over the years I have taken classes in several large gyms in NJ and CA, and I never felt completely comfortable while I was working out.  I did not like the impersonal, large group classes where I felt anonymous, a stranger in a big crowd.  As a result of these experiences my dream was to one day open a group fitness studio in a town that I love where the classes are small,  giving each participant more personal attention from fitness instructors who are not only nationally certified in fitness but who also have warm, honest, down-to-earth, fun, loving personalities.  I not only want each participant to feel like they are individually known and cared about, but I also want them to feel at home in the ZK studio.
The studio has a comfortable, studio-apartment-like feel that feels like home.  Where you're not just a face in the crowd, but part of a fitness family where everyone knows your name.  I want this to be a really comfortable place where the camaraderie is contagious and negative judgments are left outside the door.  Welcome home to ZK."
